The Royal Mile can be reached within five minutes walk and Waverley Train station is approximately 10 minutes away by foot. The Grassmarket area is good for pubs and eating out, with the wide variety of restaurants nearby you are sure to find one to suit your tastes.

The Hotel is a 4 star property, modern, trendy and stylish. The reception features marble floors and a marble reception desk, with a small lounge area equipped with contemporary design furniture. On the right side of the reception desk is the Agua Bar and Restaurant, which is spacious and very popular both with the hotel residents and locals.
