The Herald House occupies a street-facing tenement building that was originally designed in 1864 by Fredrick T. Pilkington, a major architectural contributor to Edinburgh and the surrounding area. The experienced and dedicated staff aims to ensure, through its personal service, that guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The 45 rooms are comfortable, simple and modern. There is a resident’s bar and lounge on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there is an extra charge of £6.50 per hour.
