The hotel is within walking distance of Edinburgh Haymarket Train Station, Edinburgh International Conference Centre as well as a variety of restaurants, pubs and clubs. For the sports fans, Murrayfield Stadium is also just a short walk away from the hotel.

Piries Hotel Description

Named after the architect who designed it, the Piries Hotel is housed in a Grade II listed building, which dates from 1845. Privately owned, it boasts a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The public rooms, with their high ceilings and ornate cornicing, are full of period charm. The 32 guestrooms combine all the modern conveniences with a ‘traditional’ Scottish feel. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms.
The fully licensed lounge bar offers a wide range of beers, wine and spirits, including a fine selection of malt whiskies. Public areas and guestrooms alike are ‘WIFI’ enabled for easy Internet access, allowing you to keep in touch while travelling.
