I have complained to the hotel as the booking was a gift for my parents who are pensioners and were attending the theatre. The noise level coming from outside was unacceptable. They had 3hrs sleep the whole stay, they arrived to a cold room, no heating had been put on for them.

very dissapppointing hotel although reasonably clean it is very outdated. furniture very shabby and bathroom freezing and grotty!
Ceiling was made up of polystyrene tiles that were grey/black in coloour some were damaged and therefore let in a draft.
Noise outside the hotel was awful but i suppose only to be expected in a busy central location. At £120 per room not exactly abudget hotel either you really do JUST pay for the location!
Will never book this hotel again!

I was initially worried when I read the other comments people had left on the net about the hotel however, my stay was very pleasent in a nice room with excellent service what more can you expect for the money you pay. Very reasonable, great location and clean enough said.
