The concierge's were very helpful and booked a good restaurant and gave us plenty choices of places to eat and see.
There is a charge for the parking, however the hotel gave us a 50% discount before we paid for the ticket.
Top Tip
The 'Blue' restaurant across from the hotel had lovely meals, which were well priced.

The Hotel charged me for breakfast despite breakfast being included in the price. This was confirmed when we checked in. I called reception when I got home to query. They told me breakfast was not included. I retrieved my confirmation and called them again, this time they apologised and said they would send me an e-mail to confirm the refund. To date, no e-mail has been received.

Traveller from Elgin stayed in November, 2008
Comment
We booked this hotel on basis that it was two adults two children in room and not family. When paying £260 approx for a room you do not expect to get a sofa bed. It really is not five star class at all.
Top Tip
We travelled at November with kids and lots to do ie fairground etc
