Alternatively, the One Spa Cafe serves light meals, herbal infusions, energizers, and smoothies in a tranquil atmosphere. Beverages and snacks are available from 8.00am – 6.00pm and a light lunch from 12.00pm – 3.00pm.

The hotel’s most impressive feature is the "One Spa." Perhaps the best urban spa in the UK, it is a 6-storey glass cube housing a swimming pool, a Thermal Suite and an open-air Hydropool. (Guests can use it at a preferential rate of 20GBP, but it really is worth the money.)
