Many of the rooms boast outstanding views of Edinburgh or the Firth of Forth, while some even enjoy Castle views. Serving the finest locally sourced ingredients fused with a contemporary twist, the EH2 Tempus Restaurant offers relaxed and informal dining thoughout the day - from buffet breakfasts to á la carte lunch and dinner, between 7am and 10pm. Nothing is too much trouble for the chefs, whether it be a sandwich lunch or a three-course contemporary cuisine.
